仙台ＪＣ　会員開発委員会です。
８月１０日（土）に本年度仙台ＪＣに入会を希望していただいた第２期仮会員を対象にした仮会員セミナーⅡを開催しました。
青年会議所の基礎知識習得を目的とした仮会員セミナーⅠにて抽出された仙台（まち）の課題解決に向けて、青年会議所としてどのように解決すべきかを提案する課題発表では、子どもたちのサードプレイスとして、子ども食堂の発展形である「仙台子ども未来パスポート」が提案されました。飲食業の方々へのヒアリングをもとにどのような形であれば実現可能かの視点で、仮会員が深く議論した結果であり、大変素晴らしい発表となりました。

また、仮会員が自身の目や肌でまちの問題や課題を調査するフィールド調査では、子育て、教育支援をテーマに実際にまちを歩き、その体験をもとにグループワークにて話し合いを行い、課題の抽出方法について深く学ぶ機会となりました。

第２期仮会員はこの後、いただいた意見を参考に課題をブラッシュアップしながら正会員承認にむけて精進してまいります。

This is the Sendai JC Membership Development Committee.
On Saturday, August 10, we held the Provisional Membership Seminar II for 2nd term provisional members who have applied to join Sendai JC this year.
In the seminar, the participants proposed how the JCI should solve the problems in Sendai (city) identified at the Provisional Membership Seminar I, which was aimed at acquiring basic knowledge of the JCI. The presentation was based on interviews with people in the restaurant business. This was the result of in-depth discussions among the provisional members, based on interviews with people in the restaurant business, from the viewpoint of what form would be feasible, and it was a very excellent presentation.

In the field survey, in which provisional members investigated problems and issues in the community with their own eyes and skin, they actually walked around the community on the theme of childcare and educational support, and based on their experiences, had group work discussions to learn more about how to identify issues.

The second-term provisional members will continue to brush up on their issues based on the feedback they received as they work toward full membership approval.
