仙台ＪＣ 会員開発委員会です！
６月１日（土）にこの度仙台青年会議所に入会を希望していただいた第１期仮会員を対象にした仮会員セミナーⅡを開催しました。
先月、青年会議所の基礎知識習得を目的にした仮会員セミナーⅠから出された仙台（まち）の課題を抽出し、青年会議所の運動としてどのように解決すべきかを提案した課題発表では、仙台の外国人観光客の比率に着目し、インバウンドを中心とした多言語のボランティアと外国人観光客のマッチングを理事会形式で発表を行い、仙台青年会議所の理事から多くの質問・意見が飛び交いました。
また、仮会員が自身の目や肌でまちの問題や課題を調査するフィールド調査では子育て、教育支援をテーマに実際にまちを歩き、グループワークにて話し合いを行うことで課題の抽出方法について学ぶ機会としました。
１期目の仮会員はこの後、いただいた意見を参考に課題をブラッシュアップしながら正会員にむけて精進して参ります。
仙台青年会議所は同じ志を持ち、仙台（まち）をより良くしたいという青年を募集しています。２期目の申し込み締め切りも６月７日（金）で、今年の最後の募集となります。

Seminar II for provisional members held
This is the Sendai JC Membership Development Committee!
On Saturday, June 1, we held the Provisional Membership Seminar II for first-term provisional members who have applied to join the JCI Sendai.
In the presentation, we focused on the ratio of foreign tourists in Sendai and proposed the matching of multilingual volunteers and foreign tourists, focusing on inbound tourism, in the form of a board meeting. The presentation was given in the form of a board meeting on the matching of multilingual volunteers with foreign tourists, focusing on inbound tourism, and many questions and opinions were exchanged among the JCI Sendai board members.
In the field survey, in which provisional members investigated problems and issues in the city with their own eyes and skin, they actually walked around the city on the themes of childcare and educational support, and had group work discussions to learn how to identify issues.
The first-term provisional members will now brush up on their issues based on the feedback they received and work hard to become full members.
The JCI Sendai is looking for like-minded young people who want to make Sendai (the city) a better place.
